Frances studied at Hartpury College where she got a triple D* in an Extended Diploma in Agriculture. Before starting with Kidwells in 2023, she worked with horses and farm work her whole life. She also did all the admin work at her home farm.

In her spare time, Frances enjoys competing with her horses and playing rugby for Cheltenham Tiggers. She also enjoys time with her family and friends.

Lucy is based in the Hereford Office and joined Kidwells’ HR team in January 2025. She is a Swansea University history graduate, having completed her studies in 2024.

In her spare time, she enjoys computer games and model craft kits.

Abby is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2021. After graduating from the University of Worcester with a First Class Law Degree, she has continued her professional development, completing both her Masters Degree and LPC at the University of Law whilst undertaking a Training Contract to become a Solicitor. Abby is a qualified solicitor and is Head of the Crime and Family departments at Kidwells.

In Abby’s spare time, she loves baking and spending time with her dogs.

Abby Washbourne

Caitlin is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2022. After graduating from Cardiff University with a First Class Law Degree, she has continued her professional development by studying both her Masters Degree and LPC through the University of Law, whilst undertaking a Training Contract to become a solicitor.

In Caitlin’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Jake is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2023. After graduating from the University of the West of England, Jake joined a team where he would hold free independent legal advice sessions for clients concerning Entertainment law.

In Jake’s spare time, he is an avid Formula 1 fan and enjoys cross-country running.

Jake Nolan

Senior Paralegal

Joanna joined Kidwells in 2024 as a senior paralegal and is based in the Bristol office. She graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2015 with a Bachelor of Law and has gained experience in different Civil Litigation areas over the past seven years including, personal injury, financial mis-selling and debt recovery.

In her spare time, she likes to go for country walks with friends, baking and spending time with her dog, Dyson.

Joanna Schwemin

Trainee Solicitor (SQE)

Joshua is based in our Bristol office and began his Kidwells journey in 2024. He graduated from the University of Bristol in 2024 with a Law Master’s Degree, having previously gained experience in various areas of civil law including intellectual property and commercial conveyancing. In Josh’s spare time, he is an avid football fan, likes to play hockey for his local club and spend time with friends and family.

Toby is based in the Bristol office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2024. After graduating from the University of Law with a First Class Honours Degree, Toby joined the Bristol office as the Head of Conveyancing with several years of experience behind him dealing with Conveyancing transactions.

In Toby’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Tianna is based in the Bristol office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2024. She graduated from University of the West of England in 2021 with a 2:1 Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and is now studying towards her SQE qualification through an Apprenticeship, to become a Solicitor.

In Tianna’s spare time she enjoys binge watching series, trying new foods and spending time with family.

Tianna Sampson

Senior Paralegal

Anna-Mariya, based in the Hereford office, joined Kidwells in 2024. A Liverpool John Moores University graduate (2023), she is currently working in the Family department while pursuing her Master’s and LPC. Before Kidwells, she volunteered at Support Through Court, aiding individuals in civil and family proceedings, and contributed to one of Europe’s largest law clinics.

In her free time, she enjoys being with friends and family.

Anna-Mariya Mandzik

Paralegal

Laura is based in the Hereford office and began her role as a Paralegal at Kidwells in 2024. She previously worked at Kidwells as a Legal Secretary until 2018, before starting a career in the housing sector. She has now returned to further her career in Law.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and baking with her children.

Sofia is based in the Bristol office and began at Kidwells in 2025 after finishing a law degree at the University of Bristol. During her degree, Sofia worked at the university law clinic and is looking to further her experience before pursuing a training contract. In her spare time, she enjoys going to dance classes and spending time with friends.

Molly graduated from Cardiff University with a First Class Law and Criminology Degree in 2023, she has since gained valuable legal experience and is now completing her LPC at the University of Law whilst undertaking a Training Contract to qualify as a Solicitor.

In Molly’s spare time, she enjoys getting outside for runs and walking on the Malvern Hills, as well as spending time with her friends and family

Outside of work, Jade enjoys playing netball, spending time with her dogs, and indulging in delicious food!

In Andy’s free time, he enjoys playing squash and spending time with his family.

Andrew Robinson

Chartered Accountant

Sam is based in the Hereford office and began working for Kidwells in 2021. Having trained in a medium-sized accountancy practice and worked in industry for a number of years, Sam understands the inner workings of a business, whilst having a technical focus and a wide knowledge of tax. This gives him a unique wealth of experience with which to guide and advise businesses with all their financial requirements.

In Sam’s spare time, he is a part-time musician, is a member of the Hereford Cathedral choir, has two children and enjoys playing squash.

Sam Bayliss

Megan is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2023. Megan has worked within the finance function for several years. With her main role being within the purchase ledger function, Megan also assists with other financial duties, including bookkeeping for accountancy clients.

In Megan’s free time, she enjoys spending time spending time with friends and family and walking her dogs.

Megan Boyles

Prior to joining Kidwells, Olivia studied Uniformed Public and Protective Services and achieved a DDM – meaning ‘double distinction merit’. The course consisted of police and military training, including a study of the law and politics. Within that course, Olivia got to do a lot of outdoor adventurous activities such as kayaking, surfing, abseiling, and mountain hiking – all of which sparked her love for the outdoors.

Olivia now enjoys going on walks, travelling, and just experiencing new places.

Sasha is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2025. Sasha is currently studying an Agricultural Degree at Hartpury University which she will graduate from in June 2025.

In Sasha’s spare time she enjoys travelling the world and has previously volunteered in Sri Lanka on a turtle conservation project and Bali in a children’s nursery. Sasha also regularly spends time on the farm and tenders her own small flock of sheep

Lisa is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2023. Lisa has over 14 years of experience in media sales, as a media sales account manager.

In Lisa’s spare time she enjoys travel, holidays and exploring new places with her husband. She also enjoys the outdoors, hiking, as well as spending time with her family and friends, attending music festivals and cooking.

Simon is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2023. After many years working as a Field Service Engineer, he retrained into web development through a government funded boot camp.

Outside of work hours, Simon plays in his family band, The Rosellys, restoring vintage Volkswagens and rescuing/rehoming commercial chickens through the FSFH charity.

Natassja started her journey at Kidwells in 2024. Prior to joining the team, she gained extensive experience in Account Management and Marketing, with over 20 years in high-end hospitality, wedding sales, and corporate stays.

One of Natassja’s favourite aspects of her role is meeting new people and building strong relationships.

In her spare time, Natassja loves being outdoors and often participates in mountain events or other adventurous activities. She has a passion for cooking and is a talented baker. As a mother of two and a proud mum to her furry, four-legged companion, she embraces a busy and fulfilling lifestyle.
